Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company Legal Name] (“Speek”, “we”). By using Speek you agree to them.

Your Account

You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the documents you send and the episodes made from them. You give us permission to store, process and convert that content only to provide Speek to you. Only send content you have the right to use, and do not send content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.

Generated Audio

Audio is generated using ElevenLabs. Your use of generated audio is also subject to the ElevenLabs terms that apply to it, which we pass through to you. Episodes are for your personal or internal business listening. Do not use them to impersonate a person or to mislead anyone about who is speaking.

Accuracy

Read All aims to narrate your document faithfully, while Focused and TLDR shorten it. AI output can contain mistakes, so check anything important against the source. Chapters that link back to it are planned for that reason.

Plans and Payment

Paid plans renew until you cancel. Cancelling will take one click in Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices shown as drafts may change before launch, and you will see the final price before you pay.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Speek: no attempts to break or overload the service, no automated scraping, no reselling access without our written permission.

Ending Your Use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

Disclaimers and Liability

Speek is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
